Make Better Decisions With Real-Time Data

Double-Take Share 5.3 gives you access to data when, where and how you need it so you can make more efficient business decisions.

Vision Solutions is proud to announce the release of Double-Take Share 5.3. Double-Take Share breaks down organizational barriers caused by multiple databases, incompatible applications and dissimilar platforms through the use of easy, real-time data sharing software. Double-Take Share 5.3 replaces manual processes to automate data sharing across the enterprise for database integration, consolidation, reporting and analytics, and even migration.

The new release of Double-Take Share features:

  • New support for Oracle RAC
  • New support for IBM Linux on Power systems
  • Added support for Microsoft SQL Server 2014, whether on-premise or in a Windows Azure cloud
  • Refreshed support for the latest versions of IBM DB2 for Linux, Unix and Windows
  • Increased performance when loading data into Teradata databases through the optional use of Teradata Parallel Transporter
  • Increased performance in IBM i environments

According to our 2015 State of Data Sharing Report, a part of our State of Resilience Report, almost half the organizations we surveyed said they spent a significant amount of work trying to reconcile inconsistent information from different databases. Nearly 40% of those businesses reported that they had to delay decisions in order to reconcile conflicts and more than 40% reported they’ve had to make decisions on data that wasn’t 100% accurate.

Double-Take Share 5.3 makes it easy to share data and improve decision making across the organization. Click here to learn more, or click here to download a copy of our 2015 State of Data Sharing Report.
