Le monde d'avant était prévisible. Tout était sous contrôle grâce à nos méthodes de prévisions sur le futur, qui étaient le socle des theories marketing et communication.
Mais les experts en prévisions n'avaient pas prévu que le MONDE D'APRÈS pouvait devenir imprévisible. Nos théories et certitudes devenaient donc de plus en plus discutables et contestables.
Ce monde existe et c'est celui d'aujourd'hui.

Conséquences : si nous sommes dans un monde où les prévisions sont de plus en plus aléatoires alors, une question s'impose : et si on repensait tout ?
