A recent survey of 500+ respondents in the UK indicated that slightly more than half of computer users have stolen wireless Internet access. A similar poll conducted on About.com last year (see below) generated nearly identical results. The bottom line: piggybacking onto a neighbor's home network is common, and has been for some time now.
