Lawmakers: New wireless rules needed, 07/11/07: U.S. consumers should be allowed to take phones along with them when they switch wireless carriers, and spectrum to be auctioned through the FCC should include rules requiring the winning bidders to sell access to competitors at wholesale rates, some U.S. lawmakers said Wednesday.
