BlackBerry throws a slick Curve
The Curve is the “smallest and lightest” full QWERTY keyboard BlackBerry smart phone available, slightly smaller than the enterprise-class 8800 device. Like other BlackBerry smart phones, the Curve features wireless e-mail access, text messaging, PDA functions and a cell phone (runs on the AT&T EDGE network).

Wireless USB group certifies first group of products
If you're really into certification and interoperability news, you'll be happy to hear that the first six Certified Wireless USB end-user products have been announced. The USB Implementers Forum (USB-IF) said today the first six products have passed compliance and certification testing for Certified Wireless USB, which adds wireless technology to the Hi-Speed USB specification. Certified Wireless USB allows users to connect up to 127 devices and deliver up to 480Mbps at 3 meters, or up to 110Mbps up to 10 meters. The technology is based on the WiMedia Alliance Ultra-wideband Common Radio Platform.

Logitech shrinks USB adapter on cordless mouse
One reason many people don't carry a mouse with them for their notebooks is that the USB adapter (aka dongle) juts out from the notebook, and can snap if users forget that it's attached when they're putting the notebook back in the case.
