Cisco, Microsoft, EMC join on gov't data project, 07/10/07: Several technology companies will build a system to let the U.S. government share data securely among its various agencies, a goal it has struggled to achieve since the September 2001 terrorist attacks.

Cisco targets VoIP at small businesses: Cisco is targeting VoIP at the 'small' end of the small and midsize business (SMB) market via a partnership with VoIP vendor IPcelerate.

India call center goes all Cisco: Vcare Call Centres India replaced its Avaya gear with a Cisco IP Contact Center system, according to a story in CXOtoday . It probably didn't hurt that Cisco funds Vcare's parent, Call Centers India.
