Survey: Two-thirds say lousy call-center experience can drive them away, 06/12/07:  An unsatisfactory call-center experience will prompt roughly two-thirds of customers to either abandon or consider abandoning the provider of that subpar service, according to results of a CFI Group survey published Tuesday.

Experts: Displaced workers need more benefits, 06/12/07:  The U.S. government needs to do a better job of supporting and training IT and other workers who have lost jobs to offshore outsourcing, two economists on the opposite side of the offshoring debate said Tuesday.
