Michael Dell hints at more, bigger acquisitions, 10/29/07: Dell Inc. Oracle threatens to drop BEA takeover bid, 10/23/07: Oracle on Tuesday threatened to withdraw its bid to purchase BEA Systems if BEA doesn’t let its shareholders vote on the proposal by Sunday. Cisco buys into WiMAX with $330M purchase of Navini, 10/23/07: The rumors were right: Cisco has signed a deal to buy WiMAX radio vendor Navini Networks for $330 million. Judge takes Qualcomm's side in patent spat with Nokia, 10/23/07: Qualcomm scored a minor victory in its continuing spat with Nokia when a judge last week recommended ending the investigation Nokia bought against it in August for infringing patents.
