enter the discovery phase after Novell's attempts to again halt
proceedings failed. The judge in the bitter legal battle denied
Novell's second motion to dismiss the case late Monday.

Cisco buys Netsift, 06/27/05

Cisco Monday said it has agreed to pay $30 million for a
year-old start-up, Netsift, which develops deep packet
processing technology. Netsift's system can be used for

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has launched an
