WirelessPhiladelphia? Most of the time
I spent a couple of days last week in Philadelphia — not because I had a hankering for cheese steak (although it helped that I could get some while I was down there), but rather to try and see whether the new city-wide Wi-Fi rollout really was all it was cracked up to be.
