From Bradley Mitchell, your Guide to Computer Networking
U.S. defense contractor Lockheed Martin was the victim of an intensive network attack, but over the weekend Lockheed reported they were successful in preventing any serious compromise of data. While hostile parties probably put a lot more effort into attacking large corporations, there are plenty of folks out there who want to steal your network's resources too.

Readers Respond: Wireless Security Hacks and Horror Stories
"I just learned today that my wireless modem wasn't set up properly when I received it from Qwest so that it was private. It was essentially a free spot and someone has been downloading DVDs illegally for the past month... I've decided to turn off the wireless feature on my modem and just connect by cable - just feels safer that way." --GuestCindy

Xbox 360 Network Troubleshooting

Changing Your Wi-Fi Channel to Avoid Interference
Although it's usually not necessary, knowing how to change Wi-Fi channel numbers on a home network can be a handy way to avoid certain kinds of wireless interference problems.
