My Internet provider sent out a notice this month that the cost of their service is increasing in 2011. (Nope, not on April 1st, but January 1st.) If you believe the press, I could be the only person on Earth whose rates are going up rather than down.

LTE Pushes Aside WiMAX for Mobile Broadband
My Internet provider uses fixed wireless broadband. WiMAX was supposed to make that cheaper, but I suppose that hasn't rolled out to my area yet. I figure LTE will get there first.
