Survey: Mobile Apps on Smartphones

End users want their apps on their smartphones, and they want them now. But roadblocks remain, including the difficulty of choosing a service provider and moving enterprise apps to the small screen. This survey explores approaches being used, top issues, preferences and requirements around application mobilization using wide-area wireless networks, such as 3G.
