"There are two sides to every story" or so the saying goes. In 2008, criminal charges were brought against a network administrator employed by the City of San Francisco, California (USA). Cisco CCIE certified Terry Childs was found guilty of "computer tampering" in a jury trial in April and now sentenced this past week to four years in prison.

Terry's case centers around whether he wrongly denied his superiors at work access to network passwords and otherwise maintained excessive personal control over government-owned properly.
