	Intel Micron Flash Technology goes to 25 Nanometers Last week Intel Micron Flash Technology (IFMT) provided tours of a NAND Flash fab in the hinterlands of Utah producing wafers at 25 nanometers. Yes, while we have all been calibrating our spreadsheets based on 34 nm lithography, the IMFT joint venture has built a 25 nm fab to crank out NAND MLC Flash that will turn the price-performance of current memory systems on their side.
