staffing levels by an additional 4,000 people.

In what looks to be an about-face, Apple has begun to approve
browsers for the iPhone and iPod Touch made by other companies. A
few basic restrictions seem to exist, but this could pave the way
for mobile versions of Firefox and Opera to appear on the iPhone.
