Contact us at: www.sspkids.org Senator Evan Bayh founded the Twenty-first Century Scholars Program in 1990, which is currently helping over 100,000 disadvantaged Indiana children attend college. Fueled by the Indiana State Legislature along with Federal and State grants, the Twenty-first Century Scholars Program cannot provide its scholars with everything they need to excel in higher education because its funding is restricted by bureaucratic red tape.
