GREETINGS FROM DEMOFALL
^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^

It's early morning in Huntington Beach, California and you can bet the
creatures are stirring. DEMOfall 2005 gets underway today and we've been
rehearsing, coaching, and prepping 65 companies who will launch their
technologies, products, or services over the next three days.

If you're in the area, there's still (a very little) time to get to
Huntington Beach and join us live at the conference. (See registration
details at www.demo.com/demofall.) If you can't be here in person, you can
follow all the action on the DEMOletter blog (www.demo.com/demoletter).

Dozens of folks are already blogging about the conference, and we'll have a
DEMOfall blogroll up shortly. In the meantime, a quick Technorati
(www.technorati.com) or Feedster (www.feedster.com) search will uncover the
"unofficial" blogs that have a bead on the conference.

KEITH SHAW'S END NOTES: A BRAND NEW DEMO WEB SITE!
^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^

In addition to the goings-on at DEMOfall this week, we are also launching
the new DEMO Web site (http://www.demo.com). The new site will include the
DEMOblog (aka DEMOletter) and includes videos of actual DEMO demonstrators
(the ones from this week's show will be posted on the site at a later date,
but you can check out videos from the DEMO@15 companies now).

The site is still a work in progress, stay tuned for exciting new features
as we continue to build the DEMO community of demonstrators, attendees,
press and venture capatilists...

WEATHER REPORT
^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^

The Weather Report is on hiatus during the DEMOfall, but we plan to have a
special edition Weather Report next week with a bunch of news from a whole
slew of DEMO alumni. It's interesting that as a whole new set of DEMO
demonstrators takes the stage, that alumni from earlier shows are also
making lots of news.

If you still need your DEMO alumni fix, you can always check the complete
Weather Report archive at
