The deadline for all submissions is 5 p.m. EST, Friday December 4, 2009.
Representatives of IT end-user organizations are the most preferred presenters, although we do seek a diversity of presenter organizations across the open source community. (If you represent an IT vendor organization, we recommend that you facilitate securing an IT end-user customer to present.) Proposals from industry analysts are also welcomed and will be strongly considered.
