	BroadSoft Introduces BroadSoft Labs, New UC Features at User Conference BroadSoft introduced Broadsoft Labs, unified communications portfolio enhancements, and a new corporate identity at its annual user conference earlier this week.BroadSoft Labs has been formed as a technology incubator to integrate web communications with unified communications applications, leveraging WebRTC. The lab will help service providers and developers create new web communications applications by providing necessary components such as hosting, BroadWorks, WebRTC gateways & DID, PSTN access, etc.BroadSoft today also announced several new capabilities to its UC-One unified communications application, including individual and group productivity enhancing capabilities and user interface enhancements. That should mean faster development and deployment of new services for subscribers, plus lower network costs.
