With last week's U.S. Federal court ruling, the future of net neutrality is now in doubt. Some people are concerned about it, but many others don't even know what it is. Should you be worried about net neutrality?


Finding and Fixing Internet Connection Problems

Some of us have our hands full just keeping our home Internet service up and running. I experienced extended outages over several evenings at my home again this month. (If you're curious, yes: I needed to resort to step #10 of this article to get the issue resolved on their end.)

One thing both my ISP and I encourage is to run these speed tests periodically to measure how well your Internet connection is performing. If your connection isn't running anywhere close to the speeds promised by your provider, something might be wrong. Just the thought of how expensive it is makes me want to cry. Oh, wait...
