	Quantum launches Web site to rate backup effectiveness Quantum announced on Wednesday a new web site that allows IT managers and backup administrators to rate the effectiveness of their backup procedures as compared to industry best practices and other IT organizations. The site asks eight questions about key backup requirements and provides a score based on how well a company does meeting those requirements. After completion of the questionnaire participants have the option of receiving a detailed report giving additional background information on their scores.
