	Cisco VNI Global Mobile Data Forecast Reveals Trends Cisco has released its annual VNI Global Mobile Data Traffic Forecast, covering the period from 2014 - 2019. The forecast is a companion study to the complete VNI Global IP Traffic Forecast, 2013 – 2018 released last June.The mobile forecast revealed that last year's mobile data traffic was nearly 30 times the size of the entire global Internet in 2000. Another 2014 milestone: the number of mobile-connected devices exceeded the world's population by the end of last year.Mobile video traffic, which exceeded mobile data traffic in 2012, grew to 55% of total mobile traffic in 2014 by the end of 2014. But there's a catch: If you want AT&T to "ignore" what you're doing online, you'll pay almost $30 more per month for the privilege. U-Verse with AT&T GigaPower previously went live in Austin, Tex., and in parts of North Carolina. The service that went live Sunday in Kansas City includes suburbs in both Kansas and Missouri.
