Survey: Data Center Strategies – Chance to win a 32GB Nexus 7 tablet

Data center transformation is under way, and the battle lines are drawn between task-specific hardware and a homogeneous virtualized environment. What's the philosophy behind your hardware and application decisions? Where do you stand on the standardization versus customization spectrum? Do you see value in bundling server, storage and network products into unified compute stacks or buying purpose-built hardware tailor-made for big data applications--or are they just new ways to get locked in?

In this survey, InformationWeek is seeking to gauge the state of enterprise data centers in 2013. The results of the survey will appear in an upcoming issue of InformationWeek as well as in an in-depth report.

This survey will take about 10 minutes to complete. Upon completing the survey, you will be eligible to enter a drawing to receive one Apple 32GB Google Nexus 7 tablet valued at $249 from UBM Tech. This survey sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Google®.

Your responses will remain confidential and will only be reported in aggregate.
