Dell announced last week that it will OEM and embed QLogic's 8100 Series Converged Network Adapters in its Dell PowerEdge rack, tower and rack-mounted servers. The Fibre Channel over Ethernet (FCoE) adapters will be integrated specifically into Dell's Intel Xeon 5500 Nehalem processor-based PowerEdge R610 and R710 rack servers, T610 and T710 tower servers and M610 and M710 blade servers.

H-1B visa use by U.S. firms holds steady in '09
U.S. companies were still getting H-1B visa petitions even as they cut their workforces, according to data from the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) showing who received visas in the 2009 fiscal year.
