Network World's Convergence & VoIP News Alert, 10/31/07 Huchison 3 to release Skypephone in 8 countries, 10/29/07: U.K. mobile phone operator Huchison 3G UK on Monday rolled out the Skypephone, a handset designed to simplify use of the Skype VoIP application. Vonage update: AT&T files patent claim, Verizon dispute settled, 10/29/07: Vonage disclosed in a Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filing that on Oct. 17 that AT&T had filed a patent infringement claim against the company. According to the filing, Vonage said that it intends to continue to pursue an amicable resolution of this matter, but that it cannot assure that this matter will not ultimately be litigated.
